I selected this hotel for my board meeting, as the Meeting Room offered a comfortable setting. the central location provided all the adventure and excitement needed for a successful conference experience.

The lack of reliable Wi-Fi made it challenging to stay connected and productive during my work days.

It is fairly clean and big hotel, the staff are very welcoming and location close to the town centre is great and stunning.

Amazing location right by the lake and mountains, with tons of cool stuff to do nearby. 🌄 Breakfasts here are absolutely delicious, too!

beautiful building and rooms with balcony. magnificent and amazing location, just a pleasant stroll away from skyline gondola and luge. found in the downtown area next to shops and restaurants and lake and the waterfront a short walk from the town centre.

Proximity to town. Apartment style but cleaned and tidied every day.

The apartment where I stayed was stylish and had spectacular views, and the location was fantastic - it's close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The location of our room was very disappointing rm 711 no view except for side window!!!!!

The room was kept clean and available with fresh towels. Tea/coffee making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware were an advantage. - the location was magnificent, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from Kiwi and Birdlife Park.

Pepper's Beacon staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were set up as requested. The location of the hotel is fantastic, a short 5 min walk to the centre of Queenstown. The outdoor BBQ facilities were great, if you want to use those.

We didn't like the lack of prompt service from some staff, for example, we wanted the minibar cleared and it took 3 calls and about 4 hours to get this done. The bathroom in our suite was too small for 4 adults, we did find rooms with 2 people in them had much bigger bathrooms.

This place offers a luxurious stay with wonderful, clean rooms and amazing views of the lake, staffed by consistently friendly and exceptional employees in a stunning location near the city center.

I liked its closeness too the village and all amenerties. The room was comfortable and I slept well. it had all I needed in a motel

The place had a great location near the town and downtown areas, with a nearby option for quick bites at Fergbaker.

The area of the room

The window was to small for the room. There was a door connecting the room to another witch wasn't conveniently sealed so we could ear the noise of the other room. The first night we couldn't sleep because of the noise of the people that party next door till 5:30 am. In the morning we complain at the reception, they guaranteed it wouldn't happen again. The next night it happen again, and even with our phone calls to the reception through the night and they didn't stop. If the door was to be well sealed this wouldn't happened. next morning we left!
